Organization and Mindset to Keep You Inspired for Goal Slaying in 2022

If you need some inspiration in keeping your goals on point for the year ahead, here are some tried and true methods that may help you along the way.

As a big believer in growth mindset, I often remind myself of the Henry Ford quote "Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right." -Henry Ford.

To keep you inspired and focused along the way of achieving your goals, start with a space that lifts you up and keeps you focused.

I recently attended a two-day real estate conference with real estate coach extraordinare Tom Ferry. I thought I would pass along a few tips that I have found to be helpful and I hope can be of help to you.

Organization for your office:

As I have time, I’m organizing my home office between listing appointments, property showings, buyer consults and constantly learning as much I can in real estate. This is a space I created during the pandemic in my living room, that I use occasionaly for photoshoots, yet mostly to work from when I’m in need of a clear space outside of our Bershire Hathoway office.

Here are a few ideas that may keep you inspired and motivated to reach your goals throughout your workday; your people, favorite vacations and color. One of the ways I add pops of color to a space is a trip to the floral isle Trader Joes where you can mix and match your favorites to create a beatuful boquet.

What you put your time and energy into right now dictates how the year will begin for you and flow.

Take the time to dive deep into your “WHY.” Establish a morning routine that centers you for each day.

Examples: Start with drinking a big glass of water.

Read the a little bit of the book each morning you’ve been wanting to read.

Journal (one of my favorite morning routines!)

Write down five things you are grateful for every day.

If you have a life challenge than your dealing with… write it down. It helps to work it out on paper.

What we focus on expands.

Write down all of your goals in catagories:

Relationship goals (this includes family goals)

Financial goals

Fun goals

Career Goals

Manifest with intention (I am telling you this works! I have done this in various areas of my life & it’s incredible when it actually happens!) Put your goals where you can see them every day. Your bathroom mirror is a great place!

Listen to music, books, podcasts that will motivate you and inspire you. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals. They say we are most influenced by the five people we spend the most time with.

Launch the business you’ve been working on.

Take the course you’ve been wanting to take.

Get out of my comfort-zone. Why not try new things.

All my wishes to you for an abundance for the best and brightest year ahead,

Andrea
